City Communications

The City is continuously developing, updating and enhancing the various reports, plans, and financial documents either on a monthly, bi-annually or anually basis. These documents can be viewed under the Reports link on the homepage.

In an effort to keep the residents and employees current on how their local government is operating and providing service delivery to the Punta Gorda Community, the City has implemented three weekly communication tools:

Information Sharing Report (ISR) conveys items discussed at the City Manager's Monday morning staff meetings. Staff meetings are held each Monday and Thursday on a weekly basis.

Weekly Highlight Report (WHR) conveys significant items of interest that occurred or are being worked on by the City departments and items of interest throughout the preceeding week.

Action Register (AR) is a listing of ongoing tasks or projects, with target dates for completion and comments, that provide a report on progress.
